Young Engineers is a global education company which uses LEGO® building blocks to introduce children to theoretical and practical aspects in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

About the Owner:

Hello, My name is Ruchita Tulsyan and I’m the proud owner of Seattle Young Engineers. When we first discovered about the e² Young Engineers program we instantly fell in love with the curriculum and started working on how to introduce this to Seattle.

As a Math & Computer Science graduate, I grew tired of seeing how students weren’t appreciating science because of the boring way it was taught. I believe that if we teach children to love and appreciate the excitement of science, we can not only create better students, but better citizens. We are passionate about science and engineering and want to inspire children to get excited about technical education by giving them an opportunity to learn and explore their world through play.

We are bonded and insured and have received extensive training on the licensed e² Young Engineers® programs and LEGO® products. We successfully meet Seattle Public School background check requirements.
